The pool area is heated too. Functional and reasonably large room provided with a nice view of the grounds, 2 twin beds, lovely views. Plenty of excellent options for meal. Marvellous, magnificent location in a neighborhood that did n't seem to have anything to offer.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved the garden lodges and the variety of animals they had, including sheep, ducks, chickens, peacocks, rabbits. The food at the hotel was also exceptional, with artistic presentation. Despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet and I could hardly hear the planes overhead. Plus, the price was better than most airport hotels.

The rooms were lovely modern in general, with a great view of the gardens. The hotel had indeed a beautiful location near airport.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals were excellent, I enjoyed the beautiful location really close to beautiful surroundings, cats, horses, rabbits, lamas, and the flight path for take off for Quito airport which creates a high degree of noise continuously 24/7. The breakfast was rich and included in the rate. Everything was simply perfect.

We had a delightful stay at Ascend Hotel in Puembo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had fast free Wi-Fi. The hotel's pick-up shuttle was reliable, ensuring a stress-free arrival and departure. The restaurant area looked very nice, although we unfortunately didn't have time to eat. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay near the airport.

No reason to complain, it was dope! The hotel was gorgeous with lots of good sized and functional rooms. Favourable location to much wildlife was a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds and historic ambiance of the hotel. The restaurant on site offered delicious food, especially the refreshing lemonade. The room was clean and comfortable, and the newer remodeled bathroom was a nice touch. Exploring the hotel and its artwork was a lot of fun. The front desk arranged for a driver named Freddy who spoke English to take us to the equator museum and Old town, which were both amazing experiences.

There was some miscommunication regarding the airport shuttle, causing us to arrive just an hour before our flight. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided more information on the original age and history of the Hacienda.
